FAQ
What does a report cost?
A report costs 1 credit. Credits are $9 without a membership — members buy additional credits at $8 (Plus), $7 (Pro) or $5 (Dealer).
Do I need an account?
Decoding a VIN is free and needs nothing. Running a full report requires a NeXT account, which is where your reports and credits live.
Can I run a vehicle that isn't on a NeXT auction?
Yes. Any 17-character VIN works, wherever the vehicle is listed.
How current is the data?
Each report is stamped with the time it was generated and the date it stays valid until, along with the exact sources used.
Is a clean report a guarantee?
No. "No records found" for a section or period means no records were reported to our sources — absence of records is not evidence of absence.
Are the valuations an appraisal?
No. Valuation figures are AI-generated estimates based on reported history and market assumptions; they are not an appraisal or an offer to purchase.
